file is not playing (Germany)

Hi there.

I installed everything like it is stated in the readme. incl. changing the procedures.

Now when i press on play, a window opnes up and says "I don't know this file extension"

Any help?! Or Idea?

Hi Marc,

I am glad to help. A few questions.

1. What is the full filename and extension of the file you uploaded?

2. Which template are you using?

The file formats are different for each of the templates.

regarding your questions:

1. Falscher_Stadtplan.9e9309fb-e0db-4759-ae59-5d8289412e4e.mp3

2. i tried several, rhapsody, itunes, sonyconnect, tunes

thanks for your fast support. BTW i use dnn 4.5.1, don't if this is iomportant.

Marc,

The reason the mp3's weren't working is that I didn't have the code for mp3's!

I added it to the the audio templates. Download the new templates and overwrite the old ones.
